Day 1 – Arrive in Srinagar
- Arrive at Srinagar Airport, meet and greet, and transfer to hotel/houseboat.
- Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake (1 hour).
- Visit Nehru Park and floating markets (optional).
- Overnight in Srinagar (Houseboat stay recommended).
Day 2 – Srinagar Local Sightseeing
- Visit Mughal Gardens
- Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi.
- Visit Shankaracharya Temple and enjoy panoramic views of the city. - Evening free for shopping (handicrafts, dry fruits, and pashmina).
- Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 3 – Srinagar to Gulmarg (52 km / 2 hrs)
- Drive to Gulmarg, known as the “Meadow of Flowers.”
- En route, enjoy views of snow-capped mountains.
- Optional: Take the Gulmarg Gondola ride (Asia’s highest cable car) up to Phase 2 (Khilanmarg/Apharwat).
- Enjoy pony rides or snow activities (in season).
- Overnight in Gulmarg.
Day 4 – Gulmarg to Pahalgam (140 km / 4–5 hrs)
- Drive to Pahalgam, “Valley of Shepherds.”

- Overnight in Pahalgam.
Day 5 – Pahalgam Sightseeing
